When you’re sick of seeing the same movie twice: You’ll never see ‘Avengers’ again
With a new film every day, the moviegoing public has become more aware of the problems associated with overconsumption of popcorn and other snack food.
In addition, a slew of new movies are making their way to theaters, often for less than the price of a pack of gum.
Here are five of the most recent big releases.
Avengers: Age of Ultron – $85 million The Avengers sequel will have an estimated domestic opening of $85-100 million.
It will follow up on the 2015 hit, which earned more than $800 million worldwide.
The sequel will also include a new team of Avengers, including the titular super hero and his love interest, S.H.I.E.L.D., and a villain known as Ultron.
The film will take place in a future where the Avengers have been given the Avengers Registration Act to protect them from super villains, including Ultron.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron – Animated Avengers – $40 million The first animated movie to open in 2019 is the Avengers animated feature.
The story is set in the year 2099 and centers on the Avengers team, including Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Captain Marvel, and Wanda Maximoff.
This will be the first animated film to debut in 2019 in the United States.
The plot revolves around two superheroes, Captain America and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) as they try to protect their home from the villainous Ultron (Robert Downey Jr.).
The film is expected to open at least in the $35-$40 million range.
The Avengers: Infinity War – $170 million This movie will be a sequel to the 2014 hit.
It is directed by Joe Johnston, who also wrote the original film.
It stars Robert Downey, Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Vin Diesel, and Robert Downy Jr. It was written by John Francis Daley and Mark Ruffalos.
Infinity War will star Chris Pratt as Black Bolt, Robert Downes, Jr. as Erik Selvig, Chris Hemsworth as Captain Marvel and Scarlett Johansson as Maria Hill.
The movie will come out in 2020 and will feature the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy.
Avengers Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes – $120 million The third Avengers film will see the heroes of the Avengers in their prime.
This time around, the heroes will be recruited by Thanos to form the Infinity Gauntlet, which is said to hold the key to defeating the villains of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The team will fight together to defeat the villain known only as the Mad Titan (Josh Brolin), but the plan goes awry when Thanos steals the Gauntlet from the Infinity Gems, which were meant to contain the powers of all the Avengers.
Infinity Gauntlet is the culmination of the story line.
It includes the Infinity Stone, the Infinity Gem, and the Infinity Ring.
The filmmakers said that it will be about four hours long, but the movie will feature scenes that will last for three and a half hours.
The Infinity Gauntlet: War of the Gems – $130 million This is the latest installment in the Infinity War storyline.
The latest film is set to open sometime in 2019.
It takes place after the events of Infinity War.
The first film featured the heroes with the Infinity Stones, the Guardians of Earth’s mightiest heroes, the Avengers, the Winter Soldier and Black Panther.
The Guardians of Infinity and the Winter Solider joined the Avengers to help them fight Thanos, the mad titan who has been destroying planets with his minions.
The Winter Soldier, who was once a member of the Winter Warriors, is a member in the Avengers now and has taken the mantle of Captain Marvel.
This film will be set in 2019 and stars Robert Redford as Captain America (Anthony Mackie), Chadwick Boseman as Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Paul Bettany as Nick Fury (Tom Holland), James Spader as Vision (Jeremy Irons), Karen Gillan as Maria Bello, Michael B. Jordan as Agent Maria Hill, Samuel Jackson as Erik Quasar, and Scarlett Johannson as Maria Maria Hill in a supporting role.
Infinity Warriors: Age Unknown – $200 million This sequel is expected in 2020.
It follows the Avengers as they travel through time to stop a threat from the future.
It’s set to follow the adventures of the Guardians, including Steve Rogers, Black Panther, and Gamora (Olivia Munn).
The Avengers and the team of Winter Soldier (Samuel L. Hill), Vision (James Spader), and Hawkeye will team up in an epic battle against Thanos.
The storyline will take on new life after the Infinity Warriors’ deaths.
This movie is expected take in $100-$120 million.
Infinity World: War – The Infinity War Trilogy – $280 million This trilogy will be in 2019-2021.
The films will follow Captain America: Civil War and Black Bolt in the Marvel
