Why is the Bianconeri not taking part in the Champions League final?
With Juventus playing out their last group game of the season in the final round of the Champions, the Biancocelesti have made a decision to not play the final against Paris Saint-Germain in Paris on June 7.
It was announced today that they will host Juventus on July 17, but this is the final fixture for the club as it is a pre-season fixture.
“We decided that it was not a good idea to play the last game in the summer with Juventus,” said Giuseppe De Boer.
De Boers comments follow that of Milan Coach Antonio Conte who said last month that the final would not happen due to the fact that the game would not be played in Italy. “
The players are happy to play in the last games and will go there to show their commitment to the club.”

Juventus will have their final Champions League group game on July 19 and will face Paris Saint Germain in the group stage of the competition.
“With the World Cup and Euro 2016, we are trying to create a bit of a positive atmosphere in the stadium,” said De Boering.
“This will be a good opportunity for us to show that we are still the best team in the world.”
